The Rules

I probably haven't been paying attention, but what are the rules regarding flyers and that sort of thing? I think it would be good, particularly for some of our larger events, like the band and BBQ, the movie night and things of that nature, to just get the word out, not just in the freshmen dorms. That way maybe we can attract sophomores who might want to rush as well. Besides which, making these things more open public events might give us a start on a maintaining a public identity as something other than the drug house.
